Large pores often appear due to excess oil, dirt clogging, or loss of skin elasticity. Alum stone (potassium alum) is a natural astringent known to tighten the skin, shrink pores temporarily, and offer antibacterial benefits. This DIY regimen blends alum with everyday kitchen and skincare staples to boost results while nurturing your skin.

Tightens Pores: Alum acts as a natural astringent, helping shrink enlarged pores temporarily.
Reduces Excess Oil & Acne: Its antibacterial and oil-absorbing properties help control sebum and acne.
Brightens Complexion: Regular use improves skin tone and smoothness.
Soothes Irritated Skin: Alum can calm minor bumps and inflammations, especially after shaving.
Combining alum with ingredients like rose water, aloe vera, clay, yogurt, and turmeric creates a powerful DIY skincare solution for minimizing large pores. Regular use of the toner and weekly masks, along with proper hydration and sun protection, can lead to visibly smoother and refined skin over time.
