If you’re experiencing thinning hair, slow growth, or visible scalp patches, this advanced upgrade to your homemade hair oil can make a noticeable difference. By carefully infusing Vitamin E, Vitamin D, and Biotin (B-Complex) into a powerful onion–fenugreek oil base, this formulation works at the follicular level to reactivate dormant roots, strengthen weak strands, and encourage healthy baby hair growth—naturally.
This is not a regular oil. It’s a targeted scalp therapy, designed for those who want visible improvement, not just shine.
Coconut oil or castor oil – 1 cup
(Deeply penetrates the hair shaft and carries nutrients to the roots)
Onions – 2 medium, chopped
(Rich in sulfur to support keratin production and follicle strength)
Fresh aloe vera gel – 1/4 cup
(Soothes scalp irritation and helps unclog blocked follicles)
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tablespoons
(Provide plant proteins and nicotinic acid to prolong the growth phase)
Fresh curry leaves – a handful
(Help reduce breakage and premature greying)
Vitamin E capsules – 2 (400 IU)
(Support scalp circulation and antioxidant protection)
Vitamin D capsule – 1
(Essential for follicle activation and new hair formation)
Biotin B-complex capsule – 1
(Strengthens hair structure and reduces breakage)
Blend the chopped onions with aloe vera gel and strain to extract the juice. Discard the pulp.
Heat the carrier oil on a low flame.
Add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves; simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until aromatic.
Pierce the vitamin capsules and squeeze the contents directly into the warm oil.
Add the onion–aloe juice and simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing all moisture to evaporate.
Once the oil turns rich golden and clear, switch off the heat.
Cool completely and strain into a clean glass bottle.
Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life: 2–3 months.
Vitamin E supports micro-circulation in the scalp, ensuring better nutrient delivery to hair roots.
Vitamin D plays a critical role in follicle cycling and is often linked to hair thinning when deficient.
Biotin strengthens the hair cortex, reducing breakage and improving thickness.
When combined, these vitamins work synergistically to revive weak follicles, support pigmented regrowth, and improve overall hair density.
• Warm 2 tablespoons of oil slightly
• Massage into the scalp for 10–15 minutes, focusing on thinning areas
• Leave overnight (cover with a shower cap if preferred)
• Wash the next morning with a mild shampoo
• Use 2–3 times per week consistently
For enhanced results, follow with your rice water or rice serum rinse.
Week 1–2: Reduced hair fall and improved scalp comfort
