Use This Toner Daily To Get Rid of Large Pores Fast

Large pores are a common skincare concern that can make your skin appear rough, uneven, and prematurely aged. They’re often caused by genetics, excess oil production, sun damage, or buildup of dead skin cells and impurities. While pore size can’t be permanently changed, the appearance of large pores can be significantly reduced with the right skincare routine.

Many commercial products promise results but are often loaded with harsh chemicals or come with a hefty price tag. Fortunately, a natural, affordable solution exists—this 2 minute routine with DIY toner combines simple, easily available ingredients that work together to tighten pores, balance oil, and refresh the skin.

Whether you’re dealing with oily skin, clogged pores, or occasional breakouts, this homemade toner offers a gentle, effective way to refine your complexion with daily use.

Ingredients Required

Here’s what you’ll need to make this effective pore-tightening toner:

  • Green Tea (1/2 cup, brewed and cooled)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Cucumber Juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Aloe Vera Gel (1 tablespoon) Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Tea Tree Essential Oil (3–4 drops)

Procedure

  1. Steep one green tea bag in ½ cup hot water and let it cool completely.
  2. Peel a cucumber and blend it. Strain the juice using a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
  3. In a clean bowl, mix the cooled green tea, cucumber juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Stir in aloe vera gel to hydrate and calm the skin.
  5. Mix in the lemon juice for a natural tightening and brightening effect.
  6. Add 3–4 drops of tea tree essential oil and mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle or spray container. Store in the refrigerator for freshness. Use within 10–14 days.

Instructions

  • How to Use: After washing your face, apply the toner using a cotton pad or spritz directly onto your skin (avoiding the eye area).

  • When to Use: Use twice daily—morning and evening—for best results.

  • Aftercare: Let it air dry before applying your moisturizer or serum.

  • Caution: Do a patch test before first use, especially due to lemon juice which can cause sensitivity.

Benefits

  • Visibly Shrinks Pores: Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and green tea work together to tighten and tone the skin.

  • Controls Excess Oil: Cucumber and tea tree oil help balance sebum production and prevent clogged pores.

  • Soothes and Refreshes: Aloe vera and cucumber juice cool and hydrate, reducing inflammation and redness.

  • Fights Bacteria and Breakouts: Tea tree oil naturally combats acne-causing bacteria, keeping pores clean and tight.

  • Improves Skin Tone: With consistent use, this toner evens out skin tone, reduces dullness, and enhances natural radiance.

This DIY toner is not only easy to make but also highly effective. With daily use, you’ll start to see visible results in as little as a week—smoother skin, fewer breakouts, and noticeably smaller pores.
