You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Fresh Henna Paste
- 3 tsp Amla Powder
- 1 tsp Coffee Powder
- Mix all of the ingredients in a plastic bowl until you get a smooth, consistent paste.
- When you think the paste is too thick, you should add some water.
- Put your gloves on to protect the hands, and use the applicator brush to apply the mixture to your hair.

- For an hour or until the hair mask dries up, leave it in.

Henna Remedy
You’ll Need:
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 4 tbsp Pure Henna Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Amla Powder
- In a cup of water, soak the henna powder and let it soak for 8 hours.
- Henna can be left to soak overnight.
- Boil the black tea leaves in the water in the morning and leave to steep for a few minutes.
- Set it to cool aside.
- Pour it into the henna paste that you left to soak once the tea has cooled.
- Apply to this mixture the lemon juice and amla powder and stir until you get a smooth, consistent paste.
- Put your gloves on to protect the hands, and use the applicator brush to apply the mixture to your hair.
- Make sure you have all the grey pieces covered.
- For an hour or until the paste dries up, leave it in.
- With a mild sulfate-free shampoo, rinse out the hair bag.

Ribbed Gourd Remedy
You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Ribbed Gourd
- The chopped ribbed gourd is dried by the sun until it is completely dehydrated.
- For three days, soak the bits in a cup of coconut oil.
- Then boil the parts in the oil for 5-6 minutes at the end of the third day.
- Let cool the mixture.
- Strain out, and in a pan, gather the oil.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of the oil (you can take more or less depending on the length of your hair).
- And start massaging it into your hair & scalp.
- When it is coated from root to tip, work it into your hair.
- Leave the oil for 45 minutes and then wash it out with a mild shampoo that is sulfate-free.
