Natural Scrubs To Get Rid Of Dark Spots On Face

Exfoliation is an important step of a complete skincare routine.
Regular exfoliation ensures that your skin is clean and free from any dead skin cells, pollution, and dirt or makeup residue.

1st Treatment
Olive Oil, Peppermint, And Sugar Scrub For Fair Skin
You’ll Need:

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 15 drops peppermint essential oil
  1. Take a clean bowl and combine all the ingredients until you get a coarse mixture.
  2. Do not warm the oil in this Treatment as this might cause the sugar to melt.
  3. Cleanse your skin with a mild or a natural cleanser and apply this scrub onto your face and neck.
  4. Use your fingertips to gently massage the scrub, in small circular motions, on your skin.
  5. Take your time and massage for good 5-10 minutes to gently exfoliate your skin.
  6. You can use this scrub on your body too.
  7. Wash the scrub off using lukewarm water.

For such days that just do not seem to be happening, this is a great bath scrub.

This bath scrub wakes and lightens you up with energy, enriched with the soothing fragrance of peppermint essential oil.
