Make your own Biotin Drink at home

Hair fall is one of the most common concerns people face today, often triggered by nutritional deficiencies, stress, and poor scalp circulation. While the market is flooded with expensive supplements, nature offers everything your hair needs — and one of the most powerful nutrients is biotin, also known as Vitamin B7. Instead of reaching for a pill bottle, why not blend a delicious, biotin-rich drink right in your kitchen? Here’s how.

Hair fall is often caused by nutritional deficiencies, stress, and poor scalp health. Instead of buying expensive supplements, you can make a powerful biotin-rich drink at home using simple plant-based ingredients.

Why Biotin?

Biotin (Vitamin B7) helps your body produce keratin — the protein that makes up your hair. Low biotin levels lead to thinning, breakage, and shedding. The ingredients below are among the best natural sources of biotin.

Stronger Hair Biotin builds keratin for resilient strands
Less Shedding Iron & zinc reduce hair fall at the root
New Growth Better scalp circulation wakes follicles
Scalp Health Anti-inflammatory ingredients soothe roots

Ingredients

What You Need

  • ½ cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or oat milk)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • A pinch of black pepper

How to Make It

  • Pour coconut milk into your blender as the base.
  • Add sweet potato, spinach, avocado, and almond butter.
  • Add sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
  • Add turmeric and black pepper.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and drizzle honey.
  • Blend until smooth. Drink on an empty stomach.

Why Each Ingredient Helps

Sweet Potato Your main biotin source. Also rich in Vitamin A, which keeps the scalp healthy and moisturised.
Sunflower Seeds One of the best plant sources of biotin and Vitamin E, which protects follicles from damage.
Spinach Packed with iron and folate to improve blood flow to the scalp and fuel hair growth.
Avocado Healthy fats and Vitamin E nourish the scalp and reduce dryness.
Flaxseeds High in omega-3 fatty acids that strengthen hair follicles from within.
Almond Butter A great source of zinc and magnesium — two minerals directly linked to preventing hair loss.
Turmeric + Pepper Reduces scalp inflammation. Black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric better.
Lemon Juice Rich in Vitamin C, which boosts collagen and helps absorb iron from spinach.
