India’s Magic Trick To Grow Long Hair

Today, in this post i

am going to share one super effective DIY from the world of Ayurveda, to create a powerful herbal blend known as Jadi Bhutti. This dried herbal mixture is the foundation for an amazing Ayurvedic hair oil that promotes long, thick, and healthy hair.

Ready-made herbal mixtures often lack transparency. Manufacturers may not disclose the full list of ingredients, and sometimes, ineffective herbs are added just to fill up the bottle. By making your own Jadi Bhutti mixture, you can customize it with herbs known for their hair growth properties and avoid any unnecessary additives.

Ingredients and Their Benefits

1. Fenugreek (Methi)- Treats dandruff and promotes hair growth.

2. Hibiscus – Conditions and strengthens hair, prevents split ends.

3. Kalonji (Nigella Seeds) – Contains nigellone and thymoquinone, which promote hair growth and reduce scalp inflammation.

4. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – Strengthens hair follicles and treats hair thinning.

5. Vetiver – Highly aromatic with antimicrobial properties, treats dandruff, itching, and inflammation.

6. Ratan Jot (Alkanet Root) – Traditionally used to treat premature greying, baldness, and hair loss. It also imparts a beautiful red color to the oil.

7. Rose Petals – Acts as a natural hair conditioner and imparts a lovely fragrance.

  • 1 small piece of alkanet root
  • 1 small bunch of vetiver root

  2. Add Hibiscus and Roots: Add 8-10 dried hibiscus petals, a small piece of alkanet root, and a small bunch of vetiver root.
  3. Pour Oil: Fill the bottle with virgin coconut oil or any unrefined oil of your choice. You can also use a blend of two oils.
  4. Steep: Close the bottle with a lid and let the herbs steep in the oil for a few days.
  5. Usage: After a few days, the oil will be infused with the herbs and ready to use. Do not strain out the herbs; let them continue infusing the oil.

This oil will last well for a few months. Store it in a cool, dark place to maintain its potency.
