Follow These 2 Easy Steps Everyday For Bright, Younger, And Beautiful Skin

Only a few items are required for the best 2-step beauty routine: a nutritious oil and a gentle cleanser.

You can apply serum, moisturizer, eye cream, or whatever else you need from there to hit trouble spots, but it’s optional.

Step 1
Oil Cleansing
You’ll Need:

  • Any carrier oil of your choice like Olive Oil, Argon Oil, etc.

As the first step to removing makeup and breaking down dirt and sunscreen residing on the surface of the skin, washing with oil is recommended.

At the end of the day, preferably before bedtime, this should be done.

To start with, you’ll want to choose an oil that’s right for your skin.

  1. First, take a quarter-sized quantity of oil between your hands and rub it.
  2. Starting from the outer edges and working your way towards the T-zone and eye area, apply it to your face in circular movements. This will retain the oil the longest, such as the cheeks, on the dryer portions of your face. But because oil and water don’t mix well, just make sure that it isn’t soaking wet if you want to apply it to a damp face. It will be sufficient to damp out a washcloth or fingertips gently.
  3. Massage for a minute or two at least; you can also use oil to clean your eyelids and lashes. Really, for removing eye makeup and conditioning the eyelashes, oil is fantastic. Just make sure your eyes stay closed all the time, or you might feel some visual cloudiness or eye burning.
  4. Keep a washcloth under hot running water for several seconds if you suffer from acne or from occasional breakouts.
  5. Wring the washcloth out and drape it over your face to allow pores to be opened by the steam and the oil to soak in.
  6. Splash your face with warm water after a minute to remove the oil and everything else that comes along with it.

Step 2
Foam Cleaning
You’ll Need:

  • 1/4 cup castile soap
  • 1 cup distilled or purified water
  • An empty dispenser bottle
  • 5–10 drops essential oils (optional)
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bottle, tighten the lid, and give it a good shake.
  2. Since this contains water, it’s best if used within 1 week.
  3. You should begin in the T-zone region this time and work your way out to the dryer areas of the face.
  4. Most foam cleansers can be applied to wet skin right away.
  5. It is best to lather gel cleansers in your hands first and then apply them to your face.
  6. Massage the skin as you cleanse, operating in circular movements.
  7. For lymphatic drainage, it is fantastic, and you can also hit a few pressure points around the nose that will help clear the sinuses.
  8. Rinse when you’re finished, with warm water.
  9. You’ll certainly want to follow up, whatever that might be, with the rest of your everyday skincare routine.
  10. After using our foaming cleanser, if your skin feels tight or looks flaky, then feel free to add a light serum or moisturizer when you’re finished.
