Dark Neck Home Remedies To Get Rid Of It

We use various skincare products to pamper your face and often neglect our neck.
The skin of the neck can get dark due to sun exposure, hormones, or skin-related conditions.
Today we’ll share some home remedies that will help to treat your dark neck problems.

So let’s start with the 1st remedy
To make this, you’ll need:

  • 4 teaspoons of buttermilk &
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato juice
  1. Take a bowl and mix the buttermilk and the tomato juice in the given proportion.

Buttermilk helps to fade away dark spots and can do so without causing any harm to the skin.
Tomato juice has citric acid, which helps to remove the impurities, thereby lightening pigmentation.

To Use:

  1. Wash your neck region.
  2. Use a towel dipped in warm water and place it on your neck for 5 minutes so that it removes any dirt, oil, makeup, etc.
  3. Apply this mask to your neck.
  4. Let this sit for 15 minutes on the affected areas before washing it off.

Now let’s move to our next remedy
To make this, you’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  1. Take a bowl and mix these 3 ingredients together until it forms an even paste.
  2. You can also substitute it with olive oil and honey if you do not have milk or lemon juice in the kitchen.

Lemon is great, and it makes the scars lighter.
Turmeric powder is an excellent resource for lightening dark patches.
If it’s used regularly, you can see quick results in as quick as two weeks.

To Use:

  1. Wash your neck region using a damp towel.
  2. Apply this mask and leave this on for 20 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.
  3. Do this routine daily for two weeks, and you will see a big difference.

Let’s move to our next remedy
To make this, you’ll need:

  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Rosewater – 1 tbsp
  1. Take a spray bottle and mix both of the ingredients in a given proportion.
  2. If you have sensitive skin, add 2 tablespoons of rose water and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  3. Shake well to mix.

Lemon juice’s citric acid and vitamin C help in the lightening of hyperpigmentation.

To Use:

  1. Wash your neck and shake the bottle and spritz the solution on the affected area.
  2. Leave on for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Next, rinse with very cold water.
  4. Do this every night before bed because, after treatment with lemon juice, you should not go out in the sun.
  5. Do this treatment for a month for best results.

Let’s move to our next remedy
To make this, you’ll need:

  • Curd
  • Lemon Juice
  • Turmeric
  1. Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of curd and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
  2. Lastly, add 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric and mix everything well.

Curd has natural enzymes to give the desired results that work with the acids in lemon.
It also helps promote and make the skin smooth.

To Use:

  1. Wash your neck and apply the treatment to the affected area.
  2. Leave it for about 20-25 minutes before rinsing off with water.
