Best Hair Growth Oil

If you’re facing hair loss or hair thinning, this homemade hair oil recipe is perfect for promoting hair growth and restoring your hair’s natural vitality. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup edible coconut oil
  • 1 cup edible olive oil
  • ½ cup edible sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tbsp onion seeds, also known as Kalonji
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • ½ cup hibiscus leaves
  • ½ cup neem leaves
  • 2 stems curry leaves
  • 10-15 hibiscus flowers
  • 4-5 drops tea tree oil
  • 4 vitamin E capsules

Instructions:

  1. Base Oil Selection:

    • You can use any edible oil as the base. I personally prefer a mixture of olive oil, coconut oil, and sesame oil for optimal results.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Grind all the ingredients (excluding the oils) to form a paste. Instead of adding water, use a small amount of your base oil to help with grinding.
  3. Cook the Mixture:

    • Add the paste to your base oil in a pan. Cook on low heat until the paste turns darker.
    • If you prefer not to make a paste, simply add all the ingredients directly to the oil.
  4. Simmer Until Green:

    • Continue to cook the oil on low heat until it turns green, indicating that the herbs have infused well.
  5. Cool and Enhance:

    • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
    • Once cooled, add a few drops of tea tree oil and the contents of 4 vitamin E capsules to the mixture.
  6. Your Hair Growth Solution is Ready!

    • Store the oil in an airtight container and use it regularly for best results.

Benefits of the Ingredients:

  • Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil: Nourish and strengthen the hair, promoting growth and shine.
  • Fenugreek Seeds: Rich in proteins and nicotinic acid, which stimulate hair growth.
  • Onion Seeds: High in sulfur, which helps improve blood circulation to the scalp.
  • Flaxseeds: Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which nourish the hair follicles.
  • Hibiscus Leaves and Flowers: Enhance hair growth and prevent premature greying.
  • Neem Leaves: Have antimicrobial properties that keep the scalp healthy.
  • Curry Leaves: Rich in beta-carotene and proteins, which reduce hair fall.
  • Tea Tree Oil: Helps unclog hair follicles and promotes hair growth.
  • Vitamin E: Provides antioxidants that repair and nourish the hair.

Incorporate this homemade hair oil into your hair care routine and watch your hair transform into stronger, healthier, and more vibrant locks. Your hair will thank you!
