  3. Once you have obtained the dry powder, take about a tablespoon of it and add honey to it.

  2. Add the softened seeds to a grinder and grind them until you get a paste.
  3. Add avocado pulp to the grinder along with honey and blend until a thick creamy paste is obtained.
