In this post, we will share a few simple steps for the coming 2 days to get a visibly lighter skin complexion. We will share one face pack, one DIY toner and some foods that you must include in your diet.
Let us first start with a face pack, to make this you will need
- Orange peel powder – 2 tbsp
- And Milk
- In a clean bowl take 2 tbsp of orange peel powder.
- Add enough milk, until you get a smooth paste.
- Apply this paste on your clean face.
- Leave it for 20-25 minutes and then wash it off with plain water.
You can use this mask on both days and after face wash spray toner on your face, which we are going to prepare now
To make this toner you will need
- Cucumber Juice
- & Aloe vera gel
- In a bowl take 1/4 cup of cucumber juice.
- In this add 1 spoon of aloe vera gel.
- Mix and your toner is ready.
- Spray this toner all over your face.
- Let it dry and then apply your face moisturiser.
Now coming to foods, that you must eat for glowing skin
- Include berries, like strawberries, Raspberries in your diet. They are packed with Vitamin C, Anti-oxidants, Carotenoids and Minerals.
- Also include fresh vegetables like Pumpkin, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Carrots and Beets. They are rich in nutrients like B6, A, E, K, Folate, Iron, Beta-Carotene etc.
- Along with these, you must also drink plenty of water, 2-3 cups of green tea or herbal teas to get crystal clear skin in 2 days.
