Summer Skin Glow Drink

Drinking juices daily can make your skin healthy and glow from within.

And in summer it is more important, as like our body our skin also needs more hydration this time

Summer heat and dehydration can actually make your skin feel exhausted. If you also feel that this season makes your skin dull, include this glow drink in your morning routine.

Recipe of the same I am going to share in this post,.

To make this drink, you will need

  • 1 Beetroot
  • A handful of spinach leaves, around 10-15 leaves will be enough
  • 1 Amla chopped
  • Juice of half lemon
  • And a small piece of ginger
  1. First take beetroot, peel it and chop in small pieces.
  2. In a blender add chopped beetroot, spinach leaves, ginger, amla, and juice of lemon
  3. Blend it well
  4. Next in this add 1 glass of water, here I prefer coconut water, but you can add drinking water too
  5. Blend it again
  6. Strain this, and your glow drink is ready

Daily drink 1 glass of this in morning to get best results

Apart from that, hydration is the key to get beautiful skin. Make sure you drink 1 glass of water before going to bed, it can boost skin healing process during night, and your skin look plump and bouncy naturally

Also in summer, make sure you include, anti-oxidants in your skin care routine.

Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Retinol, Green Tea and Papaya are rich source of anti-oxidants.

You can include green tea and papaya in your diet

Also you can invest in a good vitamin C serum that also contains vitamin E and hyaluronic acid

Make sure in day time you apply vitamin C serum on your face followed by sunscreen

Vitamin C serums are very effective to prevent free radical damage, and they also boost collagen, so your skin looks radiant naturally

You can do retinoid treatment in night. Make sure you clean your face properly, and then apply a pea size amount of retinoid cream on your face

If you’re a beginner, you can start with tretinoin 0.025%
