4 Step Effective Skin Care Routine

Many of you have asked for morning skin care routine, that you can easily follow, and it will take only few minutes of your time.

This routine will complete in 4 easy steps, and in just 3-4 days of regular use you can start to notice changes in your skin

So without any further delay, let’s start with our today’s post

Step#1 of this routine is, Cleansing

If you follow proper skin care routine in night time, I will recommend to use very gentle cleanser in morning

You can use Milk and Honey, mixture in morning as regular face cleanser

With the help of cotton ball, apply this cleanser all over your face and neck. Leave for 10 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water

If you have oily skin, you can mix 1 spoon of gram flour in this, to make it more effective

Step#2 of this routine is, toning

To make your own toner, in a clean spray bottle take 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar

Add around 10 spoons of rice water in this and then 10 spoons of rose water

Close the lid, shake it well and your toner is ready

With the help of cotton ball, apply this toner on your face and let it dry

Step#3 of this routine is, Serum

For this purpose, I prefer vitamin C and Niacinamide serum in morning

Vitamin C + Niacinamide, is a powerful combination to boost your skin collagen.

First dab few drops of vitamin C serum on your face, followed by Niacinamide serum

If you want, you can make your own vitamin Serum, with peels of citrus fruits

  • Take peel of 1 orange and 1 lemon in blender
  • In this add 2-3 spoons of rose water
  • Blend it well. Now squeeze juice from this pulp
  • In this add 1 spoon of aloe vera gel
  • Mix it very well, and your serum is ready

Step #4 – Moisturiser with SPF

Apply a good water based moisturiser on your face, followed by a layer of sunscreen on your face
