Glow Facial At Home – Get Result In 1 Use
Today in this post, I am going to share an excellent DIY facial, that you can do with ingredients, that are easily available in your kitchen
This facial will complete in 4 steps, and will hardly take 15 minutes of your time.
So without any delay, let’s start with step#1 of this facial, which is cleansing
In this step, we will do intense face cleansing
For this, first wash your face with a gentle face cleanser. You can use your regular face cleanser, for this purpose
And after that dip a clean cotton ballin raw milk, and rub this all over your face to remove dirt and sebum, stuck deep into your pores
If you have oily skin, you can use buttermilk instead of raw milk
After that rinse your face with plain water, and you’re ready for step#2, that is exfoliation
For this step, take required amount of oats flour in a bowl.
In this add Rose water for oily skin, and milk for dry skin. Mix and your exfoliator is ready
Apply this all over your face, and start to rub it gently on your face for 2 minutes. After rubbing leave it for 5 minutes on your face, and then you can wipe it out.
Oats are rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, that help to treat dry skin and remove dead skin cells.
They can also soak up the excess oil on your skin
Now coming to step#3, that is face massage
Massage is very important step of any facial, as it boost blood circulation, that helps you to achieve natural glow on your face
To make this massage cream, take 1 tbsp of thick yogurt in a bowl. In this add 2 tsp of fresh beetroot juice, and mix it well
Apply this cream on your face, and start to massage your face. Do this for 10 minutes, and you’re done
Final step of this facial is face pack
To make this take 1 tbsp of fuller’s earth powder in a bowl.
In this add 1 tsp sandalwood powder, and enough rose water, mix and your pack is ready
Apply this pack on your face for good 10 minutes, and then you can rinse your face with ice cold water
