Drink #1 Turmeric and Vitamin C Juice
Things you will need to make this drink are:
- 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder,
- 2 grapefruit and
- 2 oranges
- Begin by peeling grapefruit and oranges.
- Remove the seeds and toss them in the blender.
- Add turmeric powder to it and blend at a high speed for 2 minutes.
- Open the lid, add half cup water if required and blend again for 1 minute.
- Using a strainer, strain this juice in a glass.
- Add a little sweetener and drink up.
- You can consume this juice twice every day for best results.
Drink #2. Turmeric Lemonade
Things you will need to make this drink are:
- 6 cups of water
- 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger,
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper and
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- Take a saucepan, add water, turmeric powder, black pepper and ginger in it.
- Boil it on a medium flame.
- Once it begins to boil, stir it for 1 minute and then take it off the flame.
- Strain it using a sieve in a glass or a bowl.
- Add honey to it and stir again.
- Place this in the refrigerator when the solution is lukewarm and let it chill for a half-hour.
- Once cool, add lemon juice to it and drink up!
- Use this lemonade twice every day for visible results.
Drink #3. Turmeric Tea
Things you will need to make this drink are:
- 1/4th teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1/4th teaspoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 cups of water and
- Black Pepper as required
- Take a bowl, add 2 cups of water and turmeric powder in it.
- Place it on the flame and bring it to a boil on a simmer.
- Add ginger to it once it begins to boil.
- Let it boil on a medium flame for 5 minutes and take it off the flame.
- Using a sieve, strain the juice in a glass and add black pepper to it.
- Add honey as a sweetener to it and drink up!
- Drink this tea twice in a day, one on an empty stomach and then, in the evening.
Drink #4. Exclusive Turmeric Detox Tea
Things you will need to make this drink are:
- 1 bag of Peppermint tea
- 1 bag of Chamomile tea
- 1 ½ cups Boiling water
- 1 tablespoon Coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Tonic
- ½ teaspoon of Honey and
- 1 tablespoon Collagen powder
- Begin by boiling 1 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan.
- Once done, take it off the flame and steep 1 peppermint tea bag and chamomile bag in it for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bags and add coconut cream, turmeric tonic, honey and collagen powder to it.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Drink it up!
