They are a reflection of how much work you, your taste and imagination, put into yourself.

- Rub the garlic paste directly onto nails that are clean, nail polish free.

Aloe Vera Gel:
Aloe contains soothing properties that can strengthen, soften, and heal when applied to nails.
It is full of beneficial vitamins and minerals that encourage growth and strength by penetrating the skin and nails.
Castor Oil:
Castor oil, which is full of fatty acids, can help regenerate new cell growth and promote healthy nail production.
It also helps to protect from any fungus or bacteria, making nails and cuticles healthier.
If you don’t have castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, or flaxseed oil can easily be substituted, all of which contain beneficial fatty acids and antibacterial properties.
Oil with Vitamin E:
Vitamin E oil is also filled with fatty acids that hydrate and moisturize dry, broken nails, like castor oil.
To cure dryness and reinforce the nail, the oil penetrates deep within the nail bed.
It also stimulates the growth of nails.
Garlic:
Garlic for the growth of nails?
You’re betting! Garlic contains selenium, a mineral that enhances nail strength and growth, and is currently used in many commercial serums for nail growth!
It also includes antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that inhibit fungal and bacterial growth.
Why Do Nails Break?
For a variety of reasons or a combination of those distinct reasons, nails may break.
Lack of calcium is one of the most common causes of nail breakage.
Consider taking supplementary calcium tablets to improve not only your nails but also your hair.
When it comes to the wellbeing of your nails, diet and exercise play a major part.
Eating foods that are high in Omega 3s, including fish, can make a major difference.
Daily exercise, as well as giving you healthier skin, also helps to improve nails and hair.
Another reason for nail breakage is insufficient treatment.
If you don’t wear gloves when handling harsh cleaning products and/or dish soap, your nails can quickly break.
When washing dishes, consider wearing gloves; water will wreak havoc on the nails!
In addition, hand cream can be used every day to protect the skin and nails.
Well-hydrated nails mean better nails that are longer.
Another unfortunate factor that can’t really be controlled is biology, except for a healthy diet and exercise.
If there are thin, brittle nails in everyone in your family, you may have to work just a little harder to reinforce those nails.
