Use This Mask To Remove Dark Spots At Home

Dark spots or hyperpigmentation occurs due to excess melanin production on your skin. Excessive exposure to the sun and hormonal imbalances can lead to the appearance of dark spots on your face. Acne, pimples, sunburns, etc can also damage your skin.

So, here are some simple remedies that you can easily prepare at home to remove your dark spots.

1. Orange Peel:

Just take a tablespoon of dried orange peel powder. Add 32 tablespoons of raw milk to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your dark spots and gently massage the paste in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water. Apply this paste once daily.

2. Potato Juice:

Take 1-2 potatoes, add in the food processor and extract potato juice in a bowl. With the help of a cotton ball, apply the juice on your dark spots. Gently massage it in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes. Leave it to dry for about 10 minutes. Then, wash your face with cold water. Apply this juice twice a week.

3. Lemon & Honey:

Take a bowl, add a tablespoon of honey and fresh lemon juice. Mix both the ingredients well. With the help of a face brush, apply the mixture on your dark spots. Leave it to dry for about 10 minutes. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water. Apply this paste once daily.

4. Turmeric:

Take a tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it with a few drops of rosewater. Mix both the ingredients well. Apply the thick paste on your dark spots. Gently massage the paste in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes. Leave it to dry for about 10-15 minutes. Then, wash your face with cold water. Apply this paste twice a week.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar:

Take a bowl, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and water. Mix both the ingredients well. With the help of a cotton ball, apply it to your dark spots. Gently massage the mixture in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes. Leave it to dry for about 10 minutes. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water. Apply this two to three times a week.
