You’ll Need:

  • 250 ml good quality Coconut oil
  • A handful of Hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup Curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup Henna leaves
  • 1 cup Brahmi leaves
  • 1 tbsp Humming Bird Tree leaves
  • 3 Amla / Indian Gooseberry cut into small pieces, seeds removed
  • 4 slices Ridge gourd
  • 2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Preparation & Application

  1. Make sure all the leaves and Amla are well washed and towel-dried well so that there is no moisture.
  2. Cut off the pollen portion of the hibiscus flowers.
  3. Heat coconut oil ideally in a low-medium flame Kadai iron.
  4. When it’s sweet, add the pieces of Amla, Ridge the gourd slices, and stir well with the dry ladle.
  5. To this now, add the fenugreek seeds and sesame seeds, followed by all the leaves, one by one, when the sizzling ends.
  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until infused, stirring intermittently.
  7. Hibiscus will turn pale, and the olive oil will turn green.
  8. Remove from the stove and let it cool down.
  9. When cooled, strain into a clean, dry container.
  10. The remaining solids can be added to the plain coconut oil for infusion and later use.
  11. Store a bottle of airtight oil in a cold, dry position.
  12. Please apply periodically.
  13. Use your fingertips to apply to the scalp in a circular massage motion.
  14. Let’s soak for an hour, then wash your hair. You can also let it soak up overnight.
  15. Usage on a daily basis.
