- Mix 3 tablespoons of raw milk and 1 full tablespoon of fine sugar into a uniform paste.
- Then scrub this all over your cleansed face and neck and rinse well.
- Apply the best hydrating agent.
- Your skin is exfoliated, and you can now absorb the moisturizer much smoother with super clean skin.
- If your skin is very dry or allergic, use it only a couple of times a week.
It also reduces the drying of the skin and serves as a natural moisturizer.
It helps to moisturize your skin by removing moisture from the air and storing it in the cells of your skin.
A commendable source of glycolic acid is sugar.
It penetrates and leaves you looking new and rejuvenated in the skin cells.
FOR OILY SKIN YOUR HOMEMADE CLEANSER
- Baking Soda
- Either lemon juice or tomato juice
- Along with either lemon juice or tomato juice, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
- Use the lemon juice if you have lots of blotches and red spots.
- Mix enough juice so that a thick paste can be created.
- Rub this paste well over your face, including the area of your nose and cheek where you appear to get the most oil or whiteheads and blackheads.
- Rub gently into your skin.
- If you scrub hard, your skin will hate you and over-produce more oils almost immediately.
- Please ensure that you rinse properly and apply a moisturizer made only for oily skin.

Baking soda is a normal, mild abrasive ingredient that gently exfoliates the skin and eliminates toxins and pollutants trapped in the skin while removing excess oil.

A HOMEMADE CLEANSER FOR NORMAL SKIN
Any sort of AHA you have in the house can be used in the recipe for normal skin, just as long as you add a mild abrasive like sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, or crush almonds.
AHA sources include milk, lemons, bananas, pineapples, vinegar, and yogurt (low fat or whole).
