    • Apply a cold compress or chilled cucumber slices to your eyes for about 15 minutes. The cold helps constrict blood vessels and reduce puffiness.
  4. Tea Bags:
    • Use cold tea bags, especially chamomile or green tea bags, on your eyes. The antioxidants and caffeine in tea can help tighten the skin and reduce dark circles.
  5. Cucumber Slices:
    • Place fresh cucumber slices on your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. Cucumbers have a cooling effect and may help reduce puffiness.
  6. Almond Oil:
    • Gently massage a small amount of almond oil under your eyes before going to bed. Almond oil is rich in vitamin E and can help nourish the delicate skin around the eyes.
