1 Day Clear Skin Challenge
Today in this post I will share a very basic routine that can show a big difference in your skin in just one day
All steps are pretty simple, just follow them as instructed in video. So without any delay lets start with our article, and make sure you read this blog till end
Step#1 – 4-2-4 Face Cleansing
Deep cleansing is very important to keep your skin barrier healthy and strong
For this step, first you need few drops of face massage oil, make sure this oil is non-comedogenic
If you do not have this oil you can also use sweet almond oil for this purpose
Take few drops of this oil, and start to massage it on your face in upward motion
Do this for 4 minutes. This is must for oily skin too, oil attracts oil and this face oil will pull all excess oil from your pores
Now take some foam based mild cleanser and apply it on your face. Rub this foam very lightly on your face for 2 minutes, and you’re done
In last part of cleansing, you have to rinse your face with water. For this purpose I prefer ice cold water
Splash ice cold water on your face, do this exercise for 3-4 minutes and your deep cleansing is done
Ice cold water is very effective for puffy eyes, and
will also give your skin a boost of freshness
Step #2 – Anti-Oxidant Treatment
We all know importance of anti-oxidants for health, but do you know that topical application is also important to prevent your skin from damage
Take few drops of a good vitamin C serum and dab it on your face
Step #3 – Skin Care With B3
Niacinamide is nothing but Vitamin B3, that can make your skin barrier stronger and help your skin to look soft and supple
Take few drops of Niacinamide serum and dab it on your face
Step #4 – Moisturization and SPF
Finish your skin care with a layer of water based moisturiser and don’t forget to apply sunscreen.
