  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  1. Fill half a cup of coconut oil with a handful of curry leaves and heat it in a saucepan.
  2. Once the oil mixture reduces to a black residue, switch off the stove and allow the oil to cool.
  3. Strain the oil so that the leaves are separated from the mixture.
  4. Apply the oil to your scalp and spread it through your hair.

  • 1 cup of hot water

There is a polyphenol in green tea called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
