  • 8-10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
  • 3-5 Saffron Strands
  1. Rinse the rice, scrape all the dirt, and soak in water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Peel the potato and cut into small bits.
  3. Take the jar and add the ingredients (saffron, rice, and potatoes).
  4. Next, add 2 cups of water to the same container and position on a medium flame.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, so that the consistency is fluffy.
  6. Now, mash and strain the mixture into a bowl with the aid of a sieve/strainer.
  7. Add 2 vitamin E tablets, 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of almond oil, and 8 to 10 drops of lemon essential oil.
  8. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and it’s ready to be used.
  9. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 week.
