So the 1st method is to drink fenugreek water
To make this, you’ll need:

  3. Now in a food processor, add these seeds and make a fine powder.
  4. Take a glass of warm water, and add 1 tsp of fenugreek powder and mix.
  5. The rest of the powder you can store in an airtight container.
  6. Your glass of fenugreek water is ready.

  2. Boil water in a saucepan.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder to the boiling hot water.

  5. Cover the saucepan with a lid and keep it on the low flame.
  6. Wait for the tea to boil for about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Strain the tea and sip on it while it is still warm on an empty stomach.

Moving to the next method is to drink fenugreek detox water
To make this, you’ll need:

  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Organic honey
  • & Lemon juice
  1. Take 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and make a coarse paste on a mortar and pestle.
  2. Boil 1 glass of water in a saucepan and add the crushed seeds to it.
  3. Boil it for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Allow the water to cool down and rest for 3 hours in the same saucepan.
  5. This will allow the water to infuse well.
  6. After 3 hours, strain the water into a cup.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the cup of herbal tea.
  8. Drink this every morning on an empty stomach for the best results.
