Alia Bhatt’s Diet Plan
Alia says I made it a point to have eight mini-meals a day. That way, I can limit my portion sizes and food gets digested easily. This diet has worked for me
Her breakfast is usually a cup of sugar-free tea or coffee, a bowl of vegetable poha or an egg white brown bread sandwich.
At Mid morning, she has a glass of vegetable juice, a fruit, one idli with a bowl of sambar.
Lunch is normally Dal, roti and some vegetable and everything is cooked with little or no oil.
In Teatime, she used to have fruit and a cup of tea or coffee, without sugar.
At dinner, it is roti or brown rice, vegetables with a bowl of dal or a piece of chicken breast and again everything is cooked with very little or no oil at all.
Alia’s Workout Plan
Alia hits the gym at least three to four times a week, even while she is working and practices cardio almost every single day for 30 to 40 minutes. Her workout schedule consists of running on treadmill( for warmup), Dumbbell raises, pushups, lateral pull-down, bicep curls, triceps push down, crunches, back extensions, lunges and squats.
She also practices yoga for strength and flexibility.
