Glow Boosting Facial At home In 30 Minutes

The festive season is here, and we all wish to look our best this time. You don’t have to spend hours at the salon, to make your skin look perfect, in this post, we will share a basic facial, that will give you glossy and naturally glowing healthy skin.

Before starting with this facial, make sure you don’t wash your face more than 2 times a day, as it will make sure skin is super dry and dull. Also, keep your skin hydrated from inside and outside. Drink enough water and always put a layer of moisturiser on your face.

Step#1 of this facial is a cleanser

  1. To make this cleanser take the pulp of 1 tomato.
  2. In this add 1 spoon of mashed ripe papaya.
  3. Mix and your cleanser is ready
  4. Apply this mixture all over your face.
  5. Let it rest on your face for 10 minutes and then wash it off with plain water.

Papaya has enzymes that help reduce the appearance of blemishes and dissolve dead cells settled on the face. Tomatoes are known to be nature’s best astringent for pimple-ridden skin.

Now coming to step#2, that is exfoliation

In this step, we will prepare a gentle exfoliator, that will remove dead skin from your face and will also keep it hydrated.

  1. In a bowl mash one ripe banana with a fork.
  2. In this add 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of milk. Mix it well and your scrub is ready.
  3. Apply a layer of this mixture all over your face.
  4. Leave it for 15-20 minutes on your face to act and then rinse your face with plain water.

Super hydrators honey and banana will moisturise and milk will gently exfoliate.

The last step of this facial is a mask to get super glowing and radiant skin

  1. In a clean bowl, mix 3 tbsp of yogurt with 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  2. Mix and your pack is ready. Apply this pack all over your face and neck.
  3. Leave for 20 minutes and then rinse your face.
  4. Your facial is done here, apply a layer of your regular moisturiser and enjoy your super soft and glowing skin.
