Step#1 – Deep Cleansing
For this step first take a clean cotton pad with few drops of micellar water, and rub it on your face and neck.
Micellar water is very effective to remove makeup, sunscreen, and other oil based impurities from your face.
Now wash your face with lukewarm water for 2 minutes. It will open your clogged skin pores.
After this step take gentle face cleanse, and wash your face with this
After washing, pat dry your face, and your deep face cleansing is done
Next step of this treatment is, face pack
To make this pack, you will need:
Gram Flour Powder,
In a clean bowl take 1 spoon of gram flour powder.
In this add a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of curd, and 1/2 spoon of honey.
Mix it well, and your pack is ready
Start to apply this pack on your clean face, while massaging it in upward circular motion. Make sure you cover your entire face and neck
Let this pack sit on your face for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with plain water
Use these 2 steps for 7 days, and you can see difference yourself
Also make sure you keep your skin hydrated all the time, by drinking water, and using face moisturiser.
