If you’re aiming to achieve a more youthful appearance for your hands, there are two essential steps you can take: thorough cleansing and deep hydration. In this post, I’ll share these two steps using all-natural ingredients. Simply follow this regimen before bedtime, and you’ll begin to notice a visible difference within just a week.

Step 1: Revitalizing Cleansing

  1. Begin by taking a tablespoon of powdered Oatmeal and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add ½ tablespoon of Coconut Oil to the bowl and thoroughly mix the ingredients to form a paste.
  3. Apply this paste generously to your hands, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.

Step 2: Deep Hydration

For deep hydration, you have two excellent options: petroleum jelly or almond oil.

Using Petroleum Jelly:

  1. Before bedtime, evenly apply a thin layer of Petroleum Jelly across your hands.
  2. Quickly put on a pair of cotton gloves to keep your hands covered throughout the night.
  3. In the morning, rinse your hands with water.

Using Almond Oil:

  1. In a bowl, combine a tablespoon of Almond Oil with two small cubes of Butter. Whisk the mixture vigorously until smooth.
