Fix Your Skin – 28 Days Challenge
Today in this post, I am going to share one super easy DIY that will fix your damaged skin in just 28 days of time.
In this routine we will keep our morning skin care very gentle, and in night you can use your regular skin care products that you use daily
So without any delay, let’s start with our article
Start with step#1 – Gentle face cleansing in morning
If you follow proper skin care in night time, there is no need to use any chemical on your face in morning time
First splash some cold water on your face for few minutes. It is very effective to remove puffiness from your face, and also you will get fresh skin instantly
After splashing some water, pat dry your face and apply a thin layer of honey on your face
Honey is rich in anti-septic properties, and also a great humectant. It will protect your skin barriers, and will also make your skin baby soft
Leave it on your face for 5 minutes, and then rinse your face with water
Apart from honey, I use curd face mask on my face twice in a week, as it help to remove dead skin layer gently from face
To make this mask, in a clean bowl take 1 tbsp of curd
In this add, 1 tsp plain flour, and 1 tsp of almond powder
Next in this add 1 spoon of fresh watermelon juice
Mix it well and your mask is ready
Apply a layer of this, all over your face
Let it dry completely, and then wipe it off with wet fingers
You can use this mask 2 times in a week for best results
Now after this, next step is serum application
In daytime I prefer a good vitamin C serum, followed by Niacinamide serum on your face
Just dab a few drops of these on your face, and you’re done
Last step of this routine is, moisturization followed by sun protection
Apply a good water based moisturiser on your face, and then wear a layer of SPF on your face
