Cold Potato Trick To Remove Dark Spots From Face

Potatoes are a popular natural remedy for dark spots and pigmentation on the face. The azelaic acid present in potato, helps to brighten the skin and lightens any dark spots on the skin. Potato also contains bleaching components like catecholase which aids in removing sunspots or any other scar from the skin

Today in this post, I will share one super easy remedy, that will lighten all hyperpigmnetation, dark spots on your face within a week, using pottao

For this remedy you will need,

1 Potato
1/2 tsp of L-ascorbic acid powder
4 tsp of rice flour
& Rose Water

Peel and cut 1 potato. Now transfer these pieces into grinder and grind it well.
Filter this pulp to extract potato juice
In this juice add around a quarter tsp of vitamin C powder
Next in this add rice flour and enough rose water
Mix all of it well, until you get smooth runny paste
Keep this mixture in refrigerator overnight, and your DIY is ready

Now let me tell you how to use this DIY to get best results faster

In morning first clean your face, you can use tomato juice + honey mixture on your face in morning

In a bowl mix 1 tsp of tomato juice and 1 tsp of honey, and your cleanser is ready
Apply this mixture all over your face, leave it for 5 minutes and then you can wipe it off
Now take potato mixture out from refrigerator, and apply a layer of this on your face.
Let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes and then you can rinse it off
You can store remaining mixture in refrigerator for future use

L-ascorbic acid is active form of vitamin C, that can make your skin sun-sensitive, so make sure you use moisturiser and layer of sun screen on your face after this treatment

For the best results, do this treatment everyday in first week, and then you can use this 2-3 times in a week.

In this remedy, we have used vitamin C powder. Many people use lemon juice also, but it is highly acidic and might damage your skin also, so please avoid lemon juice in your DIYs
