Anti aging mask with rice that gives amazing results
Every woman wants to look younger, so here I give you a recipe of a secret skin aging mask for youthful face and you can put this mask two or three times in a week on your face. In this recipe, we will use cooked rice. Rice is rich in vitamins of group B, which stimulate cell growth, slow down their aging and improve the supply of blood to the skin – an excellent tool for the dazzling appearance of the face.
How to prepare this skin ageing mask
- Take 2-3 spoons of rice and cook this in the usual way, (do not cook in a pressure cooker). Separate the water in which rice is cooked, we will use it later
- Add this cooked rice with water and spoon of warm milk, mix it well and add 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Apply this mask to face and neck. After half an hour remove this mask and wash your face with rice water that you have separated earlier.
rice water moisturizes facial skin, it also contains antioxidants and has the property of absorbing ultraviolet rays. In addition, it is able to bind copper, slows down the formation of melanin and thus prevents the formation of dark stains.
Rice water can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days. Use in the morning and evening as a lotion for the face. You can freeze it and use it as an ice cube to wipe the face.
Cinnamon-steamed rice face mask for moisturizing dry skin
Ingredients required:
- Cinnamon powder: 2 teaspoons
- Steamed rice: 2 tablespoons
- Milk cream: half a tablespoon
- Manuka honey: 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it into a smooth paste.
- Wash your face before applying this face mask.
- Apply a generous layer of this face mask evenly all over your face and neck.
- Keep it on for about 30 minutes.
- Splash running tap water on your face to rinse off this face mask.
- Skip the toner.
- Apply a moisturizer to complete this skincare regime.

Steamed rice-raw milk face pack for oily skin
Ingredients required:
- Full fat milk: 2 tablespoons
- Steamed rice: 1 tablespoon
- Steam-distilled rose water: 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients in a container and mash it into a fine paste.
- Make sure all the ingredients get mixed well.
- Wipe your face with micellar water to make sure your face is squeaky clean.
- Apply a generous amount of this face pack all over your face and neck.
- Keep it on for about 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse off with running tap water.
- Apply a toner.
- Follow up with a moisturizer.

Almond-steamed rice face pack for normal to combination skin type
Ingredients required:
- Peeled almonds: 3-4
- Steamed rice: 2 tablespoons
- Manuka honey: 1 tablespoon
- Milk cream: 1 teaspoon
- Face pack applicator: 1
Procedure:
- Add the peeled almonds in a blender.
- Blend it into a fine paste.
- Mash steamed rice to make a lump-free paste.
- Add all the other ingredients in a clean container.
- Mix it well until you achieve a face pack like consistency.
- Cleanse your face with a mild face wash.
- Apply a generous amount of this face pack evenly all over your face and neck with a face pack brush.
- Keep it on for about half an hour.
- Rinse it off with running tap water.
- Smear some steam distilled rose water on your face with your fingertips.
- Apply a creamy moisturizer and massage it in your skin.

Rice and Egg White Face Mask
Ingredients required:
- Rice flour: 2 tbsp
- Egg: 1 of it
- Glycerine: 4 drops
Procedure:
- First of all, crack open an egg and separate the white and yolk and discard the yolk as we will be using the white for this one.
- After that, combine the ingredients together in a mixing bowl well by stirring them thoroughly. You should obtain a smooth and consistent paste.
- Then, apply the resultant mixture all over your face and neck using gentle circular massaging motions.
- Lastly, leave the mixture on the skin until it can dry off completely and then rinse it off using cold water and you are done!

- Rice flour: 1 tbsp
- Tomato: 1 of it

- First of all, take a tomato and then grate it to extract its juices. Take about a tbsp of the resultant tomato juice in a mixing bowl.
- After that, add the rice flour to the mixing bowl and combine the ingredients together well by stirring them thoroughly. You should obtain a smooth and consistent paste.
- Then, apply the resultant mixture all over your face and neck using gentle circular massaging motions.
- Lastly, leave the mixture on the skin for about 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it off using normal water and you are done!
