  • 2 cups of Coconut oil/ Almond oil/ Olive oil
  • 3 fresh organic Amlas
  • Dry curry leaves (optional)
  • Rosemary essential oil (optional)
  • Glass Jar


  1. Begin by thoroughly washing three fresh organic amlas to eliminate any dirt.
  2. Chop the amlas into small cubes or blend them in a blender to create an amla paste.
  3. Heat 2 cups of Coconut oil, almond oil, or olive oil in a pan over medium flame. Introduce the amla cubes or amla paste into the oil.
  4. Include a handful of curry leaves in the oil mixture.
  5. Allow the amla and curry leaves to simmer in the oil for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame.
  6. Observe the oil transforming into a slightly yellowish golden-green hue.
  7. Strain the oil and add a few drops of rosemary essential oil for added benefits.
