Almond Face Packs

Almonds are a rich source of essential fatty acids, proteins, vitamin E, Calcium and Magnesium. The antioxidants and the vitamin E in the almonds help in preventing wrinkles, fine lines and soften skin. Here are some of the most effective ways to use almonds face packs for skin whitening.

Almond-Milk Face Pack

Ingredients :

  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Raw Milk

Add raw milk to the almond powder. Mix it thoroughly to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your clean face, let the mask stay for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Regular use of almond milk face pack will give you better results.

Almond Besan Face Pack

Ingredients :

  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Besan (chickpea flour)
  • Pinch of Turmeric Powder

Mix all the ingredients, now make it into fine paste by adding some water. Apply the pack all over your face and keep it for 15 minutes before rinsing off with cold water.

 

Almond Oatmeal Face Pack

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Oatmeal Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Milk

Mix all the ingredients together. You can add a little more milk to get a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste all over your face, let it stay for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Doing this every week will not only lighten/brighten your skin it also restores the natural oil balance of the skin and keeps it soft and supple.

 

Almond Papaya Face Pack

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Papaya Pulp

Mix them well into a thick paste, apply it on your clean face. Let the mask dry and then wash it off.

 

Almond Honey Face Pack for Oily Acne Prone Skin

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Raw Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Mix them all together and make a paste. Apply it all over your skin and leave it for half an hour. Wash off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry. You will see that your skin has become soft without being overly oily. Doing this regularly will help control acne too.

 

Anti-aging almond face pack

This face mask is suitable for all skin types, however, we strongly recommend a patch test beforehand.

Ingredients required:

  • Peeled almonds: 5-7
  • Gram flour:  1 tablespoon
  • Wild turmeric powder: just a pinch
  • Milk cream: 2 tablespoons
  • Face pack applicator: 1
  • Face towel: 1

Procedure:

  1. First of all, Add all the ingredients in a blender to make a thick, smooth paste.
  2. Cleanse your face with a syndet bar before applying this face pack. It will retain the natural pH balance of your skin.
  3. Apply a thick layer of this face pack evenly all over your face and neck.
  4. Keep it on for around 20 minutes.
  5. Rinse off with tepid water.
  6. Apply a toner.
  7. At last, apply a gel-based moisturizer.

Almond and Yogurt Face Mask for Acne-Prone Oily Skin

Ingredients required:

  • Almonds: 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt: 2 tbsp
