7 Days Glow Up Skin Transformation

Today in this post, I am going to share one very basic routine, that will completely transform your skin in just one week of time

We will start with very minor and easy changes in your routine, so that you can easily follow all the steps

Start With Day#1 – Make sure you do CTM daily

Many people only cleanse their face in morning. Make sure you cleanse, tone, and moisturise your face everyday

Day#2 – Eat Beauty-Fully

To get inner glow naturally, make sure you eat nutritious food and drink enough water.

Include fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet, and also make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water everyday

Day#3 – Exfoliator day

On Day 3, you can use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin layer from your face

To make your own exfoliator you can use rice flour and oats powder

In a clean bowl take 1 tsp of each. In this add enough amount of raw milk, or curd based on your skin type.

Mix and your exfoliator is ready

Apply a layer of this all over your face after cleansing.

Rub it gently for few minutes, and then let it sit on your face for 10 minutes

After that you can rinse your face with plain water

Day#4 – Mask Day

I normally prefer to apply mask on next day after exfoliation.

To make this mask, you will need

  • Half mashed Banana
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • And juice of half lemon

In a clean bowl, mix all the ingredients together, and your pack is ready

To get best results, use mask in night time on your face after cleansing.

You can use same mask on Day#7 too

Remaining days, make sure you do CTM everyday, and you can also pat few drops of your regular face serum before moisturization too
