4 Weeks Open Pores Treatment At Home

Large pores are a very common skin problem. Unfortunately, they attract other skin issues too—like acne and blackheads, more so in people with an oily skin.

Today in this video, I will share few easy peacy hacks with actives that will help you to get smooth skin with pores, that are not visible with naked eyes.

So without any delay let’s start with our home remedies, and after these remedies I will share a list of effective products

Home Remedy#1 – With Ice Cubes

Applying ice cubes on the skin is one of the most effective ways to get rid of large pores. Ice has a tightening effect on the skin and that’s what helps shrink the large pores.

This DIY is very simple and boost your skin in no time by increasing blood circulation

Home Remedy #2 – Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is natural toner for your face.

Because of its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, it helps treat acne breakouts.

More importantly, it restores the pH balance of the skin and tightens the skin by reducing the large pores.

For beginners mix 2 parts of 1 water and 1 part of apple cider vinegar in a clean spray bottle, shake it and your toner is ready

Use this toner everyday after cleansing your face

Home Remedy #3 – Fuller’s Earth Powder

Multani mitt is gentle exfoliator and very effective to remove excess oil from your pores

Make a paste of this by adding rose water in this.

Apply this paste on your face and neck, leave for 20 minutes and then rinse your face with plain water

My list of DIYs is done here, now let me share few actives that can help you with visible open pores on your face

First active that works very fast is retinol

If you have oily skin, mild acne, or your skin appears less firm than it once was, pores can look larger. Using a skin care product with retinol or retinyl palmitate may help.

There are many retinoid creams are available in pharmacy shops, you can start with tretinoin 0.025% or adapalene gel 0.1%.

Take a pea size amount of this cream and apply it all over your face and neck.

Leave it overnight on your face

Second most important product that you need is, Sunscreen

The more sun damaged your skin, the less firmness it has. When skin starts to lose its firmness, pores look more noticeable

Choose a broad-spectrum, water resistant sunscreen with an SPF 30 or higher, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays

Next thing that comes in this list is a good A-H-A peel to safely exfoliate your dead skin at home

Choose 25-30% lactic acid based A-H-A peel, apply a layer of this on your clean and dry face, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse your face with plain water

Do this exfoliation once a week
