When it comes to skin care, night skin care is always more important. You should keep your day time skin very minimalist and end your skin care with a layer of sun protection on your face
Night is the time, when your skin can repair itself, so make sure you follow a proper skin care before going to bed
So without any further delay, lets start with our night skin care
Most important step of night skin care is, clean your face properly
First use any oil based face cleanser, and rub it gently on your face, it will remove sunscreen and all oil based impurities from your face
After that you can wash your face with gentle foam based cleanser. Pat it dry, and enjoy your super clean skin
Make sure you do not wash your face with hot water, as it will pull out all natural moisture from your skin
After cleansing next step is skin treatment. First let your face dry completely, and then you can start with this step
If you have dark spots or acne on your face, you can use retinoid cream as spot treatment
For dull skin you can choose a good skin brightening serum, that will also hydrate your skin
After skin treatment last step of this routine is moisturization
In day time I prefer water based or gel based moisturiser for all skin types, but if you have dry skin, you must use cream based moisturiser in night
For oily skin you can use gel based moisturiser in night time also.
You must use these 3 steps daily in night. Apart from this routine, masking your face once a week is also very important.
In a clean bowl mix gram flour, yogurt, milk, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix it well and your pack is ready
Apply this pack on your clean face, leave for 15 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water
