10 Minutes Glowing skin Challenge
Today in this post, I will share one quick treatment that will rejuvenate your dull skin instantly.
This 10 minute treatment, will remove dead skin build-up from your upper layer. In this treatment, I have used ingredients that are rich in vitamin C and will make your skin naturally brighter
So without any delay let’s start with our DIY
For best results, you should do this treatment in night time
First take few drops of face cleansing oil and, massage it on your face and neck
Oil cleansing is must for everybody to remove oil based impurities, like sunscreen and makeup from your skin
Do this massage in gentle upward motion for 3-4 minutes
After this oil massage take some yogurt in a clean bowl.
Apply layer of yogurt on your face and neck, and start to massage it on your face.
Do this massage for 3-4 minutes, and then rinse your face with warm water for 2 minutes
Rinsing with warm water will open your pores, so your skin can absorb all nutrition from pack, that we are going to apply next
Now coming to next step of this treatment, that is face pack
To make this face pack, you will need
- 1 spoon of fuller’s earth powder
- 1 spoon of liquorice powder
- And at last we need rose water for oily skin, and milk for dry skin
In a clean bowl take fuller’s earth powder, and liquorice powder
In this add enough rose water or milk, until you get smooth paste
Apply this paste on your face and neck
Let it dry completely and then rinse your face with cold water
After rinsing your face, pat it dry and immediately apply few drops of vitamin C serum on your face
This serum is rich in anti-oxidants, that will make your skin brighter and also helps to fight against free radical damage
After vitamin C serum, dab few drops of Niacinamide serum on your face
After serums application, just apply your under eye cream, and your regular face moisturiser
Your quick treatment is done here. Go to bed, have a good sleep and enjoy super glowing skin next morning
Apart from this treatment, make sure you drink enough water, and apply moisturiser twice a day, to keep your skin hydrated
