Today in this post, I am going to share full 1 day routine for your body and skin, that can give you visible result in just 1 day of time.

Start your day with Detox drink

They are very effective to flush out all toxins from your body.

We will prepare a detox drink, that is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin C, so it can do wonder on your skin too !!

To make this drink, you will need

  • 1 orange,
  • 2 medium size carrots,
  • And a small piece of ginger
  1. Peel the orange and remove seeds.
  2. Now put orange, carrots, and ginger in a blender
  3. Add around half cup of water in this, and blend it well
  4. Filter this drink, and your detox morning drink is ready
  5. Drink 1 glass of this daily in morning

Face Pack in Morning

Now coming to next step of this routine, that is face pack.

You can use this face pack in morning only, but make sure you clean your face properly before applying this mask

To make this mask, you will need

  • Half part of ripe banana,
  • Coffee powder -1 tbsp,
  • Rice Flour – 1/2 tbsp,
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  1. Take ripe banana in a bowl, mash it well with help of fork
  2. Next in this add coffee powder and rice flour
  3. At last add honey in this.
  4. Mix it well and your pack is ready

Apply a layer of this pack on your face. Let it dry for 10-15 minutes, and after that wash it off with cold water

After this pack, you can follow your regular skin care with serums, moisturiser, and sunscreen

Night Skin Care

Now coming to night skin care, first wipe your face with micellar water, to remove all oil based impurities from your faceAfter that wash your face with your regular face cleanser, and pat it dry

Night time is about skin repair. If you have any active acne on your face, you can do some spot treatment overnight on your face

After that use gentle niacinamide serum and moisturiser on your face, and you’re done.

Apart from this routine, also make sure that you keep your skin well hydarted by drinking enough water, and also avoild junk, fried food from your diet
