Today in this post, I am going to share routine for weekend that can show you a visible difference in your skin. This routine is completely natural, and you can follow this for all skin types
Whole week our skin goes through lot of stress and pollution, weekend is the perfect time to pamper your skin, so it gets all required nutrition to get its natural glow back
So without any delay, let’s start our skin care routine
In weekends I like to start my day with drinks rich in anti-oxidants. On weekdays we all are very busy, and we don’t get enough time for ourself, so make sure you give enough time to yourself on weekends.
To make this drink you will need:
- 1 Apple
- 1 Beetroot
- and 2 carrots
Peel all the fruits, chop them, and add in blender
Add few drops of lemon juice in this
Blend everything well
Filter this mixture, if you want you can add few drops of lemon juice in this
Your skin glow drink is ready
Drink 1 glass of this juice in morning before your breakfast
Now coming to face cleanser.
To make this one, mix one spoon of fuller’s earth powder, and 1 spoon of wild turmeric powder, in a clean jar. Mix it well and your cleanser is ready.
Take required amount of this powder, make paste of this by adding milk or rose water in this.
Apply this cleaning paste all over your face, leave for 5 minutes, and then rinse your face with cold water
For best results, use this cleanser in morning, followed by toning, serum application, and moisturization
In evening time, take steam on your face for 2 minutes to open your skin pores
After steaming, apply honey curd mixture all over your face.
Honey, curd application is very effective to keep your pores clean and tighter. It also makes your skin soft and supple
In night time, you can use your regular night cream on your face
