Simple DIYs to get fairer hands & feet

There are several factors that can cause darker skin on the hands and feet, including dirt, medications, environmental and chemical factors, infections, inflammation, and exposure to the sun’s damaging rays. 

Today in this post, I will share simple DIYs that will give you lighter hands and feet

DIY#1 – With Yogurt

Apply a thin layer of plain yogurt to your hands and feet before bed. Leave the yogurt on for five to 10 minutes, and rinse with warm water. Repeat a couple times per week.

DIY #2 – Citrus Acid

Apply freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice to the skin on your hands and feet with a cotton ball before bed. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

You can also use orange peel powder for this purpose. Mix orange peel powder with plain yogurt and apply it to your skin before bed. Rinse off after 15 to 20 minutes.

DIY#3 – Papaya

Mash one-quarter cup of fresh papaya flesh into a pulp, and apply it to your skin. Rinse after 20 minutes.
