Lure Hsu, a Taiwanese interior designer is breaking the internet, the reason being she is 45 and her skin looks 20! Here are some beauty secrets that keep her skin from ageing and keep it stunningly glowing and flawless.

Flaxseed Face Mask :

For this face mask you will need these ingredients:

  1. flax seeds – 1 tablespoon
  2. Honey – 1 tablespoon
  3. Milk – a few drops
  4. fullers earth (Multani mitti) – 1 teaspoon

Procedure :

  1. Heat a half cup of water until it starts boiling
  2. add a tablespoon of flaxseeds and soak them for about 15 minutes, by stirring it with a spoon and then turn off the flame
  3. Cover the pan and leave it for 2 hours
  4. Strain the flaxseeds and grind them into a smooth paste
  5. add a few drops of milk and 1 teaspoon Multani mitti
  6. now add 1 tablespoon of honey and blend the mixture

After cleansing your face apply this face mask and leave it on for 15 minutes, then wash it off with cold water. Do this once a week.

She avoids fried foods and tries to stick to vegetarian food. Lure has lots of fruits and she advises more high fibre and high protein foods.


She attributes regular exercise as a method of detoxifying her skin and toning her body, keeping her looking young and healthy.
