Today in this post, I am going to share few beauty secrets, shared by beauty expert Shahnaz Husain, based on few ingredients, that are right there on the kitchen shelf
According to her, you skin needs just 2 things to stay healthy & glowing on its own. First thing is vitamin and Minerals, and 2nd is Moisturization
In first part of this video, I will share a natural face cleanser shared by Shahnaz, and in 2nd part we will prepare a skin brightening face pack
Start with cleanser for dry skin
- Mix half a teaspoon honey, one teaspoon rose water and one teaspoon dried milk powder.
- Mix into a paste and apply on the face.
- Remove after 20 minutes with water.
For oily skin,
- Mix honey with egg white and lemon juice. Apply on the skin daily, washing it off after 20 minutes with plain water.
- Egg white and lemon have a cleansing effect, reducing oiliness, while honey will soften the skin and nourish it.
If you have combination skin,
- Apply honey by itself on the entire face, as it would suit both oily and dry areas.
Now coming to skin brightening pack, that you can use twice a week to get best results
- Oats powder
- Rose Water
- Orange Juice
- Almond Oil
- To make this pack take 1 tbsp of thick yogurt in a bowl.
- In this, add 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp aloe vera gel, 1 tsp oats powder, and enough rose water.
- Next in this add few drops of Orange juice, if you have oily skin, and add drops of Almond oil, if you have dry skin
- Mix it well, and your pack is ready
- Apply an even layer f this pack, on your clean and dry face
- Leave it for 15 minutes on your face, and then rinse your face
