Self Care Night Routine To Change Your skin In 3 Weeks

Today in this post, I will share my self care night routine, that will transform your skin in just a few weeks of time. In this routine I have used both DIYs and OTC products, that will repair your damaged skin and will make your skin texture smooth and glowy

Step#1 – Deep Cleansing

So without any delay let’s start with step#1 of this routine that is deep cleansing

This cleansing will complete in 2 parts, first we will remove layer of make up from your face and in 2nd part we will deep clean skin pores

Take few drops of micellar water on a clean cotton pad and rub it on your face to remove layer of makeup

If you have dry skin, you can use few drops of oil also for this purpose

Now this is time to deep clean your skin pores, for this purpose you can use any mild face cleanser or you can also make your own mild face cleanser at home

If you have dry to normal skin, mix honey with milk in a bowl. For oily skin you can mix honey with buttermilk

Apply this cleanser on your face, rub it gently for few minutes. Then apply one more layer and leave it for 5 minutes on your face.

Rinse your face with cold water and pat dry your face

After step#1, let your face dry completely

Step#2 – Skin Repair

Now in step#2, we will do skin repair treatment

In this step we will use a skin repair face mask.

To make this face mask, you will need

  • Dried orange peel
  • Massor Dal
  • Lemon Juice
  • Rose Water

Grind dried orange peel and masoor dal to make powder. Next, add lemon juice and rose water to this powder to make a fine paste. Gently rub this mix on your face and wash it off with water after a couple of minutes

For the best results, you can use face serum after this pack

Use Vitamin C serum with 2% alpha arbutin and 10% Niacinamide serum on your face

Step#3 – Moisturization

Wait for few minutes and then you can proceed to last step of this routine, which is moisturization

It is better to use water based moisturiser on your face. Apply it on your face and pat it lightly.

You are ready to go on bed. Get some beauty sleep and enjoy your super soft and glowing skin in morning
