To make this smoothie you will need
- Collagen Supplement
- Sunflower seeds
- Oats Milk
- First in a blender take 1/2 cup of oat milk, if you do not have its milk you can use any plant based milk, like Almond Milk
- In this add 1 spoon of sunflower seeds and around 9-10 blueberries
- After this add slices of oranges in this
- At last add around 2 spoons of collagen power and some ice cubes
- Blend everything well and your smoothie is ready
Drink this immediately. It is better to consume this drink in morning.
To change taste of this smoothie, you can also replace orange with banana.
You can also add some water, if consistency of smoothie is very thick.
