To make this DIY, you will need starch water, that remains after cooking rice
Take 1 cup of starch water. In this mix 1 spoon of rose water and oil of 1 vitamin E capsule

Let it freeze and your treatment is ready
Take 1 ice cube from tray, cove it with a thin cotton cloth, and massage it on your face for 5 minutes
You can do both step#1 and step#2 on daily basis
Now coming to step#3, that involves a face pack, and you can use it 2 times in a week.
To make this pack soak raw rice in water for one hour, we need 1 spoon of this water in a clean bowl.
