Alternatively, you can leave it on overnight and wash it out in the morning, ensuring you protect your surroundings by wrapping your hair.

DIY Remedy #2: Protein Mask to Counteract Hair Fall

For those experiencing severe hair fall, incorporating protein into both your diet and hair care routine can be beneficial. Create a protein-rich mask by mixing ½ an avocado, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and ½ teaspoon of honey. Apply this mask to your hair for a minimum of 30 minutes, then shampoo to remove it.

Apart from above 2 diys, fenugreek seeds also known as methi dana are also very effective to stimulate hair growth.

Soak 2 tbsp of these seeds overnight, grind them next morning and apply this paste on your scalp.Leave the paste on for 30 minutes before rinsing.
