Morning Beauty Drink For Glowing Skin

Today in this post, I am going to share few beauty drinks, that will give all required vitamins and minerals to your skin, so your skin shines naturally.

So without any delay, let’s start with drink#1

To make this drink you will need

1/2 cup of chopped carrot
1/2 cup of chopped beetroot
1/2 cucumber, chopped in slices
Few mint leaces
And 3 Amla

First chop amla, and remove their seeds
Transfer amla, carrot, beetroot and cucumber to a grinder
Add 1 cup of water, and grind it well
Your morning drink is ready. If you are comfortable in form of smoothie you can drink it like this or if you are not comfortable, you can also filter it to get its juice
Consume it before your breakfast to get the best results

Beetroot is one of the best ways to increase haemoglobin levels. It is not only high in iron content, but also folic acid along with potassium and fibre. Make sure you add amla in this, as it contains high amount of vitamin C, that helps your body to absorb iron faster. If you do not have amla, add 2 spoons of lemon juice in this

We have added carrot in this juice, which is high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, can help to decrease pigmentation, combat acne, and hydrate the face

Now coming to drink #2, that is with turmeric

Turmeric is one of the best spice, when we talk about skin health. It is boon for your skin. Studies have found that turmeric can help in lightening and brightening the skin tone with regular usage of three weeks. The powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds in the herbal root help heal the skin and come to a healthy state.

To make this tea take 2 cup of water in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp o turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder in this
Take a small piece of ginger, peel the skin, crush it and add this in water
Now boil this mixture for about 10 minutes and your tea in ready
You can consume 1 cup of this tea every morning
