Here are some simple face mask remedies that you can prepare at home to keep your face hydrated and moisturized the whole day.
1. Cucumber & Aloe Vera Face Mask:
Ingredients | Quantity |
Cucumber | 1/2 |
Aloe Vera gel | 2 tablespoons |
Procedure:
- Take half a cucumber, cut it into small slices and grind it in a food processor.
- Pour the cucumber juice in a bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel.
- Mix both the ingredients well.
- Apply the mask evenly all over your face.
- Gently massage the paste on your face in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 30 minutes.
- Then, wash your face with cold water.
Apply this face mask two to three times a week.
2. Shea Butter & Coconut Oil Face Mask:
Ingredients | Quantity |
Shea Butter | 1 tablespoon |
Coconut Oil | 1 tablespoon |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add a tablespoon each of shea butter and coconut oil.
- Mix both the ingredients well till a smooth mixture is formed.
- Apply the mixture evenly all over your face.
- Gently massage the mixture on your face in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 15-20 minutes.
- Then, wash your face with lukewarm water.
Apply this face mask once a week.
3. Vitamin E Oil & Avocado Face Mask:

Avocado | 1/2 |
Vitamin E Oil | 1 teaspoon |
Procedure:
- Take half an avocado and mash it in a bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of vitamin E oil to it.
- Mix both the ingredients well.
- Apply the mask evenly all over your face.
- Gently massage the mixture on your face in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 20 minutes.
- Then, wash your face with lukewarm water.
Apply this face mask once a week.
