Step 1: Face Wash
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of rose water
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of rose water.
Apply the mixture to your face and massage gently for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 2: Exfoliation
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of besan (gram flour)
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of raw milk
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of besan, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of raw milk, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Apply the mixture to your face and massage gently for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Step 3: Face Pack
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of raw milk
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of raw milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder.
Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
